These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Optalytic LLC ("BridgeStack," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our products and services, including Data Bridge Pro and our website at bridgestack.ai.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
BridgeStack provides software tools that enable users to connect Microsoft Excel to various data sources. Our current products include:
- Data Bridge Pro: An Excel add-in for connecting to and editing database tables
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. License Grant

6. Subscription and Payment

6.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
6.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
6.4 Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.
7. Free Trial
We may offer free trials of our services. At the end of the trial period, your access will be terminated unless you purchase a subscription. We reserve the right to limit free trial eligibility.
8. Your Data and Privacy
You retain all rights to your data. Our software operates locally on your machine and does not transmit your database content to our servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in our services, including software, documentation, trademarks, and content, are and remain our exclusive property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use our services at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BRIDGESTACK, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BridgeStack and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your license to use our software immediately ends
- You must cease all use of our services
- You must delete all copies of our software from your devices
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through our services. Your continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
16. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BridgeStack regarding our services.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
