Audit Logging
Data Bridge Pro maintains a complete audit trail of every change made through the system, helping you meet compliance requirements and troubleshoot issues.
What Gets Logged
- Data changes: Every INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE operation
- User information: Who made each change (Windows username)
- Timestamps: When each change occurred
- Before/After values: What the data looked like before and after
- Connection info: Which database connection was used
Viewing the Audit Log
- Click Data Bridge → Audit Log
- Select the table or date range to view
- Browse or search through log entries
Filtering

Exporting Audit Logs
- Apply filters to select the data you want
- Click Export
- Choose format: Excel, CSV, or PDF
- Save the file
Compliance: Data Bridge Pro's audit logging supports SOX, HIPAA, and other compliance requirements. Consult your compliance team for specific needs.
Storage
Audit logs are stored in a dedicated schema in your database (databridgepro_audit). Configure retention policies in Settings.
