Rollback & Recovery
Data Bridge Pro's snapshot and rollback features protect you from mistakes by allowing you to restore previous versions of your data.
Best Practice: Always create a snapshot before making bulk edits or changes you're uncertain about.
Creating a Snapshot
- Select your data
Click anywhere in the data you want to snapshot. - Open Snapshot Manager
Click Data Bridge → Snapshots → Create. - Name your snapshot
Give it a descriptive name like "Before Q4 price updates". - Create
Click Create. The snapshot is saved to your database's audit schema.
Rolling Back
- Open Snapshot Manager
Click Data Bridge → Snapshots → View. - Find your snapshot
Browse or search for the snapshot you want. - Preview
Click Preview to see what the data looked like. - Rollback
Click Rollback and confirm.
Warning: Rolling back will overwrite current data with the snapshot version. A new snapshot is automatically created so you can undo if needed.
